Then they are all at different stages and you don't run out. I...I know where you are coming from on this matter. I love salad and probably eat 4 or 5 a week with my dinner. But during these winter months lettuce is pricey and goes bad fast. This spring I hope to try again with a lettuce garden for me and some greens for my chickens.
