Dinner?

Anyone entering the kitchen this past week may have been surprised by what they saw as the children took on the responsibility of the preparation of all meals. Well, thankfully this was not dinner but a science experiment J had fun with....

First dad had to buy the kiddies each a soda as we needed empty soda cans for the experiment. J had to heat up the cans, each containing a little water, until there was a steady stream of steam and then plunge them into bowls of ice water. It was fun to see how air pressure caused the can that was immersed upside down in the ice water to crumple!
